Today we are going to prepare a very tasty fish recipe. Tuna is already a very tasty and healthy food, this dressing will also add a lot of flavor and nutrients. It cooks in a matter of minutes and does not require much preparation. If you like fish, grilled tuna with garlic and parsley is a very easy to make, healthy and delicious option.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 tuna loins.
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • Juice of half a lemon.
  • Fresh parsley.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Olive oil.

How to make grilled tuna with garlic and parsley:

  1. In a small bowl, place the finely chopped garlic cloves and parsley. Drizzle with oil until they are completely covered and add the lemon juice. Mix everything well with a fork and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes, so that the flavors blend.
  2. Now, we are going to put to the tuna loins on both sides, a little salt and pepper. Then, in a non-stick griddle or frying pan, pour a little oil and heat it over high heat. When it is hot, add the tuna loins and let them cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Once this is done, remove them from the heat and plate them.
  3. Once served, add the garlic and parsley dressing to the surface of the grilled tuna loins. When they are completely covered, they are ready to serve and eat.
